Variety WA Bash Success

NEMMS JV have been proud to support a range of projects and activities this year. Last week the NEMMS JV team caught up with one of the driver’s from the Men In Black Team Car that took part in the 2018 Variety WA Bash.

The Variety WA Bash is Australia’s largest and longest running charity motoring event which sees teams make their way across WA over a week. All the money raised goes towards supporting Variety WA’s work with sick and disadvantaged children. This year our friends from the Men In Black Team Car raised over $18,500 towards the event’s grand total of $600,000 and NEMMS JV are pleased to have been asked to support the team get on the road.

Brett Hinkley from the team said “For our first year running we did exceptionally well, even winning an award for the ‘Best Mechanical Car 2018.’ We have already registered for 2019 Variety bash which starts in Geraldton and heads up to Carnarvon before finishing in Perth.”

Project Manager Jason Gore was impressed with the team’s machine and the crew enjoyed Brett bringing the car down for a look and a few photos.

NEMMS JV are honored to get involved with this team who have had a great time while raising awareness and funds for such a worthy cause.
