Supplier celebration event

Indigenous Business Month has been busy for us and our partners with many events happening across the city.

Jarrod Hayden of Goomarin JV was part of the Supply Nation Indigenous Business Trade show at the end of October held at the Perth Convention Centre. Attending the event were buyers from both government agencies as well as private companies allowing Jarrod to showcase his business. It was great to see so many Indigenous Businesses represented covering a myriad of industries.

And to round off our celebrations of Indigenous Businesses we held a supplier event at Kuditj last week. Kuditj, an Indigenous Catering provider, hosted us at their Beaufort Street venue and gave us an exceptional array of cocktail food enjoyed by all.

It was great to see our suppliers represented and Procurement Superintendent Peter Hines and CEO Clinton Keenan spoke of the development and growth of Indigenous Businesses and how they had made a significant impact on our business development journey. Representatives from Spartan First, Ngarluma Yinjibarndi Foundation- Karratha Village, Kajarinya Training, Kulbardi, Countryman Safety, Expertech Corp and Centurion attended as well as some of our Operations and Project Managers and Procurement team who work together daily to provide results for our clients.
