Recognising milestones Posted on 16 November 201816 November 2018Once again, we would like to shine the spotlight on some of our workers who have celebrated milestones with NEMMS JV.Our Dampier Superintendent Aaron Viney had the pleasure of recognising the individuals for their commitment to NEMMS JV.Firstly, we recognise the work of Justin Allen. Justin is a Plant Operator and valued leader within our business who regularly steps into supervisor roles at Dampier as well as many of our satellite projects such as Cape Lambert, Roy Hill and orchestrated our initial engagement with a recent contract award in Karratha. Well respected for his range of skills which extend past operating and leadership into maintenance and improvement, Justin has led many improvement projects on the infrastructure at our Dampier operations. We thank Justin for his service and dedication to the company.Next up is Karlos Lewis, the latest Plant Operator celebrating 5 years of service at our Dampier Operations. His comedic and good-natured demeanour supplies our site with lots of laughs and boosts moral for all team members. Coupled with Karlos’ good humour is his dedication to his craft, which has enabled him to work remotely on Rail projects throughout the Pilbara with our clients as well as lead special projects at Cape Lambert. We thank Karlos for his 5 years of service and contribution to our business. Our company values shine through with both these individuals and we are proud to recognise these important contributions to our operations.
