New works in the Pilbara

NEMMS JV commenced work for a new client in the Pilbara in March. We are engaged to complete the construction of 762 pads and access tracks across a 200km power transmission corridor.

The team of 15 people deployed with dozers, excavators and graders have to be portable throughout the 6 month construction period as they move their way down the corridor. Mobile offices, crib rooms and workshops have been designed and developed to allow the repeated relocation involving numerous work locations during the life of this project.

The team is made up of new and existing NEMMS JV staff and has been running with 23% Indigenous employment since the early days of the project startup. The team headed by Project Manager, Simon Mateljan and Operations Manager, Tom Flint is on track to complete the work in September.
